Leadership and Innovation
Mr Saibi was a guest speaker on behalf of the DiCamp MBA program funded by the EU. The talk focused on innovative leadership and the many roles it plays in solidifying a company’s competitive advantage. He introduced the concept of The Innovative Engine, comprising three elements: The culture, The values, and the Structure.
Mr. Saibi loves to speak of this subject as he related too many of his personal stories as a young man. He challenged the audience to look within and find their purpose. He engaged the young men and women in attendance to make their careers answer their calling. He spoke of failing as something that should be embraced and not feared. Train the Trainer program: Election Ambassadors
On behalf of an International NGO, we conducted a three day session on communication techniques, selling your ideas, and convincing and calling to action. The participants were all members of the civil society whose objectives were to learn the psychology of the voter, what motivates the voter, and how to get the voter to actively participate. Three days of activities and simulations yielded 35 very enthusiastic ambassadors.
Pnud conference on transformational governments
Mr. Saibi was the guest speaker of the UNDP that took place in Bahrain. He spoke of the need of transforming leadership that guarantees successful transformational initiatives in technology, as well on the kind of relationship that needs to exist between the governments and the various levels of the administration.
A workshop that took place with middle and senior management from the different branches of the military and security apparatus. Many issues were treated in this 3-day get-away, including communicating with the general public, collaborating with other government and private institutions, managing fear and anxiety, dealing with the media.
